High Altitude Sickness:-
Often known as Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) is particularly a important medical consideration while trekking in Nepal. Altitude sickness means the effect of altitude on those who ascend too rapidly to elevation above 3000 m.

The initial symptoms of AMS are as following:
Nausea, vomiting
Loss of appetite
Insomnia / Sleeplessness
Persistent headache
Dizziness, lightheadach, confusion,
Disorientation, drunken gait.
Weakness, fatigue, lassitude and heavy legs.
Slight swelling of hands and face
Breathlessness and breathing irregularity
Reduced urine output

Altitude Sickness has the potential to affect all travelers from 2500 m and higher. Your body needs time to adjust to smaller quantities of oxygen in the air at 5500 m/ 18,044 ft; the air pressure is approximately half that of sea level, i.e. there is half the amount of oxygen. Acute Mountain Sickness is caused by going up high too fast and can be fatal if the entire warning signals are ignored. This itinerary for Climbing approaching trek route has gradual climb and down, hence, chances of AMS are also on the treks to other high altitude areas. However, one needs to be careful and take all the necessary precautions.
These symptoms are to be taken very seriously. In case of appearance of any of the above symptoms any further ascent should be reconsidered, otherwise more serious problem can occur which can even cause death sometimes within a few hours. The only cure for the altitude sickness is to descend to lower elevations immediately and it has no other cure or substitute. Acclimatization by ascending to no more than 300 to 500 meters per day above 3000 meters and the proper amount of rest are the best methods for prevention of AMS. Literature and pamphlet published by "Himalayan Rescue Association" consists of detailed information on AMS.

During trekking your main luggage will be carried by porters Yaks and donkeys. You simply carry a day pack with water bottle, camera, sun-screen, spare rain and wind jacket, etc. - a small load that allows full enjoyment of the trek. A trek bag is ideal for your main luggage, plus a small lockable bag for travel clothes or anything that you do not need during trek-expedition and tours which you can leave at hotel’s locker room/safe deposit box in Kathmandu for free of charge.
The itinerary of trip should be taken as a guideline only. Depending on the prevailing situation, you can modify it to some extent after consulting with your guide. However, the date of trek completion should always coincide with the original itinerary. Depending of the climate and the physical condition of participants. Each participant who stop his trek or make the trek faster cannot ask any money compensation. Meeting another culture requires tolerance and adaptation. It is in the nature of all the programs that arrangements and participants have to be flexible. In case a program should be stopped before the last stage, no refund will be due, whatever the reason of the interruption.
You should keep in mind that this is an adventure trip into a remote region, where many unforeseen events may contribute to the need for a change in itinerary. In such cases, your guide will suggest the best alternative depending on circumstances.
There are numerous of hotels in cities alone which are economically equivalent to star standard. We don’t have particular hotel to recommend though, some hotel are popular, neat and middle class hotels in cities. It is moderate hotel with affordable rate.
We are confident in our guest, no advance to pay for normal treks, before your arrival in Kathmandu. The payment of your trip will be after your arrival in Kathmandu and the transfer and installation in your hotel. But (fully camping trek to remote/restricted area then submit 50% of trip cost in advance to our company’s account for flight ticket and permit processing. because we need to pay the ticket and permit one month in advance, the ticket and permit are not fully confirmed before the full payment. The rest of the balance payment must be cleared after your arrival in Kathmandu hotel. Payment should be in US Dollars, cash or Traveler’s check. We also accept credit card. Fully camping trek to remote/restricted area are not fully confirmed before the 50% payment. The agency will always try its best to solve any problem you face during your trip. It is appreciated and well practiced to tip the trekking crew, which includes Guides cooks, assistance guide and porters as they also expect a generous tip, though it is not compulsory.
According to some unavoidable reasons of the country and weather condition, we suggested your time of trek, tours and expedition will be better for extra 3/4 days then your limited/fixed duration.
